Terms of Service

LumoDrama (hereinafter referred to as "LumoDrama", "we", "us" or "the Company") is an internet video‑platform operator providing short‑video content and related services. This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and published Platform Rules, constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and LumoDrama. By completing registration or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted all terms.

• Eligibility: You must have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Minors shall use this service under the supervision of their guardians.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Account Usage: Your account is for personal use only and shall not be rented, sold or shared. You shall be liable for all activities occurring under your account, except for incidents caused by our fault.

You agree not to upload or transmit any content that:

• Violates the constitution or laws of applicable jurisdictions.
• Threatens national security, national unity or public order.
• Promotes obscenity, violence, gambling or terrorism.
• Infringes third‑party intellectual‑property rights, privacy rights or reputation rights.
• Contains viruses, malware or unauthorized commercial advertisements.

Prohibited conduct includes reverse‑engineering the software, scraping data via crawlers / bots, impersonating others, or circumventing the platform’s technical protective measures.

Membership benefits are purchased by way of subscription. Weekly, monthly and annual subscription plans are available for your selection. Users choosing the annual‑payment option after the end of the first‑week trial period may pay the subscription fee in four instalments; each instalment grants one‑quarter of full membership benefits. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

All content on the LumoDrama website (excluding user‑generated content and content where users retain copyright), including logos, software, texts and graphics, is the property of LumoDrama or its affiliates. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

• Remove or block infringing content.
• Suspend or terminate your account (“account ban”).
• Report violations to relevant law‑enforcement authorities.
• Claim compensation for all losses, including litigation costs and reputational damages.

The service is provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. LumoDrama shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, hacking attacks or third‑party acts beyond our reasonable control.

You may terminate this Agreement by de‑registering your account. We may immediately terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable legal requirements. Upon termination, we may delete or anonymise your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, disputes shall be submitted to the people’s court at the defendant’s place of residence for jurisdiction.
