• Account Registration: When you register for a LumoDrama account, we collect device‑related information to generate a unique user ID. You may optionally provide your nickname, avatar, gender and birthday to complete your profile.
• Customer Support: If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and the content of your inquiry.

Information we collect automatically

• Device and Log Data: We automatically collect hardware model, operating‑system version, unique device identifiers (e.g. IMEI, IDFA), IP address, MAC address and application crash logs.
• Usage Behaviour: We collect data about how you interact with LumoDrama, including search queries, watch history, likes and playback progress (to enable the “resume from pause” feature).
• Personalization: Our algorithms automatically determine which content to recommend to you based on your viewing preferences.

Information from third‑party sources

If you log in via third‑party services (e.g. Facebook, Google, Apple), we receive public‑profile information that you have authorized those platforms to share with us.

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain and improve LumoDrama services.
• To personalize your content feed and enhance recommendation accuracy.
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, security breaches or technical issues.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with the following parties:

• Service Providers: third‑party vendors providing cloud hosting, data analytics and content moderation.
• Social Platforms: When you choose to share LumoDrama content to external applications (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook), such data is subject to the receiving application’s privacy policy.
• Legal Authority: When required by law or subpoena, or to protect the vital interests and safety of users and the public.

Security Safeguards: We apply industry‑standard technical measures such as SSL encryption and access controls to protect your data. No internet transmission, however, can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

Data Storage Location: Your information is stored and processed on servers located in Hong Kong. By using LumoDrama, you consent to the transfer of information to jurisdictions outside your country of residence.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with services or as required by law. Upon expiry of the retention period, we will delete or anonymise your data.

Subject to the laws of your jurisdiction, you have the right to:
